TOOL GUIDELINES

Research responsibly.

These utilities support public-data research and local data processing. They do not perform active vulnerability scans.

Use appropriate scope

Respect the privacy of others, provider terms, and any rules that govern your work. Do not use the tools to harass people, overload public services, or collect information you are not entitled to access.

Understand the limits

Public records can be outdated or incomplete. A certificate name does not prove that a service is live. A published email policy does not guarantee correct deployment. A decoded token has not had its signature verified.

Review before acting

Tool results are research aids, not a complete security assessment or a guarantee. Validate findings in the context of your own systems and authorized work.
